Our Policies

Same Day Appts are subject to change . We advise bookings to be done for the next work day . If a change is necessary you will be notified by the business . If your schedule conflicts we will either reschedule for another day or refund your deposit. 

Any appointments booked online after 7pm for the next business day  should be scheduled for anytime after 10 am. 

Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted at CHECK IN. If you choose to use a credit or debit card a 5% processing fee will be added to your total. The processing fee will be shown as taxes during checkout. A valid state issued or Military ID will be required for all credit card transactions  No exceptions!!! 

All deposits and fees are non refundable.

We have implemented some new procedures to keep everyone healthy!

1. Visitors are not allowed while being serviced.If you bring someone to your appt who is not able to wait outside of our facility we reserve the right to cancel your appt without a refund . 

2. We have a NO SYMPTOMS policy! To maintain the health of our stylist and other patrons we ask that if you have a fever, coughing, sneezing, and/or any other contagious health issues, we will rebook your appointment for a later date.

We reserve the right to immediately discontinue your service without a refund  if you display any contagious health symptoms .

After booking an appointment, an email confirmation will be sent.  An appointment reminder will also be sent 24 hours before your appt. 

Clearing out your cache, clearing your cookies, and changing your browser (i.e Google Chrome) are all ways to troubleshoot. 

  If the issue persist please try another device i.e desktop or iPad . 

Phone bookings can be done at the availability of a stylist . You must have a credit card available to leave a deposit over the phone . 

Please text the word "Book " to  757-435-6454.

A stylist will call to schedule your appt. 

If you are booking with a specific stylist, there is no guarantee that stylist will be the one servicing you. We will try to accommodate any request based on availability. 

If you need to reschedule an appt for any reason , it can be done at the booking site or via text (757-435-6454) 24 hrs prior to your appt time . Anytime after that it will require that you re book your appt with another deposit .
