Salon Appointment Policies

Payment Policy: We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards at check-in. A 5% processing fee applies to credit-card payments. Any required retainer fees and applicable terms will be shown during the booking process. Please review all appointment guidelines and salon policies before booking.

Retainer Fees 

A retainer fee may be required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward the scheduled service and is subject to our cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival policies outlined in our salon policies.

Same-Day Appointments

Availability for same-day appointments may fluctuate. We highly recommend calling the salon to confirm availability before booking such an appointment. If you make a reservation without prior confirmation and we cannot accommodate you, you can reschedule or receive a refund of the retainer fee, minus a 10% processing fee.

Scheduling Conflicts

Service times provided are estimates and may vary. Should we fall behind schedule, we will do our best to reach out to you. If the new appointment time is unsuitable, you can either reschedule or get a refund of your retainer fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late risk having their appointment canceled, resulting in the forfeiture of their retainer fee. Please inform the salon as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

Additional Guests

For your appointment, please refrain from bringing additional guests or children who are not receiving services. Clients should arrive alone, unless prior approval has been obtained.

Health & Illness

If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, coughing, sneezing, or any signs of illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We may request that you wear a mask when necessary. If symptoms manifest during your appointment, the service may be terminated without a refund.

Hair Preparation

If you arrive with your hair already shampooed, conditioned, and blow-dried, please avoid applying oils, grease, or leave-in products beforehand. Such products could create excess slip and negatively impact the final style.

Add-On Services

All desired add-ons should be chosen at the time of booking your appointment. Last-minute additions may not be feasible due to scheduling constraints.

Service Time

The duration of appointments is an estimate and may change based on hair length, density, condition, complexity of the style, and other factors.

Comfort During Your Service

Please share any concerns with your stylist throughout your appointment. If your style feels too tight or uncomfortable, or if you have any worries regarding the service, let your stylist know immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Refund Policy

Under our salon policies, all services are classified as non-refundable. We strive for client satisfaction, so please voice any concerns during your appointment if possible.

Service Concerns

If you encounter any issues with your completed service, please reach out to US within 3 days to discuss the matter. We will review your concern and determine the appropriate course of action.
